Virtual Talk Therapy

Are you too busy or too far to travel to your therapist’s office, but need that time to process something important? Maybe you aren’t ready to do in-person therapy just yet due to Covid-19. Virtual therapy can be a good fit. Using safe, secure, HIPAA compliant telehealth platforms, I offer a personal, yet convenient way to have that important time with your therapist.

 
 

Nature Immersion Walk and Talks

A walk in nature can be revitalizing and refreshing. It can also give us a sense of calm, along with the strength that allows us to share more freely when doing so in the confines of an office might be more challenging. Depending on your level of comfort and ability, these walks can look like anything from sitting on a park bench to hiking in a more remote forest.

 
 

In-Person Talk Therapy

Maybe you prefer that in-person energy or a virtual platform just doesn’t feel right for you. I strive to help you feel welcome and safe by providing a neutral, non-judgmental, and comfortable space to share your private thoughts, somewhere outside of the reminders of everyday life. I also incorporate elements of nature within my office to increase the level of tranquility.

 
 

Nature Immersion Group Walks

Group therapy brings with it the ability to identify with others and to not feel so alone in your struggles. Add to that the benefits of being in nature and you have the possibility for tremendous personal growth and change. However, not everyone has the same access to the great outdoors. I reserve certain groups for those that have limited access, often at a discount.
